Executive Assistant
Job Summary
The Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for providing administrative support to 4-5 senior and mid-level members of the organization. This role demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that the support provided aligns with the strategic goals of the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for multiple executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Assist in travel planning and itinerary coordination for executive team members.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and care.
- Facilitate communication between team members and other departments to streamline operations.
- Support various administrative functions as needed to enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 7-15 years of experience in a similar role within a demanding environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and initiative.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in project management or event coordination.
- Familiarity with office management software and tools.
- Knowledge of corporate governance and executive-level protocols.
Experience
A minimum of 7-15 years of experience supporting senior management or executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
