Executive Assistant

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for providing administrative support to 4-5 senior and mid-level members of the organization. This role demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that the support provided aligns with the strategic goals of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for multiple executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Assist in travel planning and itinerary coordination for executive team members.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and care.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and other departments to streamline operations.
  • Support various administrative functions as needed to enhance team productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 7-15 years of experience in a similar role within a demanding environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and initiative.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in project management or event coordination.
  • Familiarity with office management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance and executive-level protocols.

Experience

A minimum of 7-15 years of experience supporting senior management or executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
