Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for Dalmia Polypro. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in non-IT hiring and preferably come from a manufacturing, industrial, automotive, chemicals, plastics, or similar industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across plant, corporate and non-IT functions.

• Handle hiring for roles across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Finance, HR and Administration.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.

• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other sourcing channels.

• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary discussions and offer negotiations.

• Manage recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.

• Support manpower planning and hiring for business/plant requirements.

• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and onboarding process.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

• Strong experience in non-IT recruitment is mandatory.

• Candidates from manufacturing/industrial organizations preferred.

• Experience hiring for plant and corporate roles will be an advantage.

• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
