- Strong startup / VC-backed environment experience.
- Ideally has handled India + US entities and cross-border finance.
- Should be comfortable operating in a lean finance team, while building processes rather than only managing an established function.
- Fundraising exposure and experience working closely with founders/investors would be important.
- SaaS / AI / cybersecurity / B2B technology experience would be particularly relevant.
