Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager (RM) to join our Medium Enterprises (ME) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing a portfolio of clients with turnovers ranging from ₹100 Cr to ₹500 Cr. This role is crucial for maintaining portfolio hygiene and actively engaging in cross-selling financial products, ultimately contributing to the organization's growth objectives.
Responsibilities

Client Acquisition (NTB): Source new-to-bank (NTB) clients in the medium enterprise segment by identifying opportunities through market intelligence, references, and industry networking.

Portfolio Management: Manage and deepen relationships with the existing client portfolio, ensuring regular engagement to guarantee satisfaction and retention.

Credit Note Preparation: Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed credit notes for both new and existing clients, evaluating risk and structuring proposals according to the bank’s credit policies.

Sanction Process & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal credit teams for proposal discussions and approvals, ensuring effective communication with clients to align their financial needs with product offerings.

Portfolio Hygiene: Ensure timely renewals, limit compliance, documentation, and monitor early warning signals to maintain high asset quality and minimize delinquencies.

Cross-Selling: Identify and capitalize on cross-sell opportunities across various products, including trade finance, treasury, cash management, insurance, and working capital solutions.
Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience: 3–4 years of experience in corporate banking/SME banking/medium enterprises banking.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of credit analysis and the ability to interpret financial statements effectively.

Soft Skills: Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with a proven ability to drive business and manage risk efficiently.

- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance within the banking sector.
