We’re now looking for a Social Media<br /> Manager who can shape Azah’s digital voice, spark conversations, and grow a thriving<br /> community across platforms.<br /> Role Overview<br /> You’ll be the chief storyteller and digital voice of Azah across Instagram, Facebook,<br /> YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Quora. From launching bold campaigns and meme-worthy<br /> reels to sparking discussions on women’s wellness, you’ll anchor Azah’s digital presence<br /> with equal parts creativity, cultural fluency, and data smarts.<br /> What You’ll Do<br /> Instagram & YouTube First: Own content calendars, campaigns, reels, shorts, carousels,<br /> and community engagement.<br /> Cross-Platform Growth: Expand and maintain Azah’s presence on LinkedIn (thought<br /> leadership + employer brand), Reddit & Quora (organic advocacy + conversations).<br /> Content Creation:<br /> Conceptualize thumb-stopping ideas for reels, memes, polls, and stories.<br /> Collaborate with designers, video editors & influencers to bring ideas alive.<br /> Use AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, etc.) for ideation, scripting, captions, and<br /> mockups.<br /> Campaigns & Trends: Stay ahead of social trends, viral moments, and culture drops.<br /> Community Building: Engage with audiences, respond to queries, and build meaningful<br /> conversations around women’s wellness, self-expression, and choice.<br /> Analytics & Reporting: Track content performance, optimize strategy, and identify growth<br /> opportunities across platforms.<br /> What We’re Looking For<br /> 3–5 years of hands-on social media management (brand or agency).<br /> Platform Native: You live and breathe Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Quora — and know what<br /> clicks where.<br /> Creative Hustler: Strong ideation + copywriting skills + ability to brief design/video teams.<br /> AI-Savvy: Comfort with AI tools for faster, smarter content creation & trend monitoring.<br /> Analytical: Comfortable using insights/analytics dashboards to inform strategy.<br /> Cultural Radar: Fluent in Gen Z culture, internet language, memes, and women’s<br /> conversations.<br /> Proactive & Agile: Ability to experiment, take risks, and move fast.<br /> Perks<br /> Work with a bold, young, women-first brand redefining personal care in India.<br /> Creative freedom to experiment & build high-impact campaigns.<br /> Discounts on Azah products.<br /> A culture that values ideas over hierarchy and celebrates smart risks.<br /> Nice to Have<br /> Experience in women’s wellness / personal care / beauty space.<br /> Previous exposure to influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns.<br /> Knowledge of SEO for YouTube + Quora growth hacks.
