Performance Marketer - Full-Time (Mumbai, In-Office) Role Overview We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Business Growth Specialist to optimize digital ad campaigns and integrate them with organic strategies. This role starts with internal optimisation and later expands into a client-facing service. Business Projections & Ad Performance Analysis Develop ROI projections for digital ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Analyze industry benchmarks, audience targeting, and campaign performance data. Optimize ad budgets and bidding strategies based on performance insights. 2. Platform Expertise & Campaign Execution Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and ad formats. Monitor trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes to stay ahead in performance marketing. 3. Integration with Organic Marketing Work closely with the SEO team to align paid campaigns with organic marketing strategies. Identify opportunities where paid ads can complement content marketing efforts. Develop data-driven insights to improve the synergy between organic and paid marketing. 7045 - 717 - 717 marketing@indianmarketers.in Future Business Expansion (Long-Term Growth Scope) Once the strategy is optimised internally, work on packaging organic + paid marketing as a service. Assist in positioning Indian Marketers' advertising solutions for external clients. Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies for selling paid marketing services. Key Requirements 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid ads. Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns. Strong analytical skills with knowledge of ad budgeting and forecasting. Understanding of marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and campaign optimisation. Ability to work independently, test strategies, and refine approaches based on data. Excellent communication skills and business acumen to eventually help in packaging the service. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in an agency or performance marketing role. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing.
