Position Overview:
As the CFO at Neeman's, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health
and efficiency of our company while aligning our financial operations with our
growth objectives. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, you will provide
strategic financial guidance to support our overall business strategy.
Financial Strategy:
• Develop and execute Neeman's financial strategy in alignment with the
company's overarching business objectives.
• Offer strategic financial insights and leadership on key decision-making
issues affecting the organization.

Financial Planning and Analysis:
• Oversee the creation of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to guide
Neeman's financial planning.
• Analyze financial data, monitor market trends, and assess economic
conditions to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the CEO
and the Board.
Risk Management:
• Identify and effectively manage financial risks, encompassing market,
credit, operational, and liquidity risks.
• Develop and implement comprehensive risk mitigation strategies to
safeguard the company's financial stability.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in strict
compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and take charge of
overseeing financial audits.

Capital Management:
• Optimize Neeman's capital structure and exercise adept liquidity
management to support seamless business operations and facilitate
growth.

Team Leadership:
• Build and lead a high-performing, well-structured finance team, fostering
their growth through guidance and professional development.
• Cultivate a culture of financial discipline and accountability throughout
the organization.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CPA
preferred).
• Proven 10 years of experience as a finance leader in a startup or rapidly
growing company.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling, with a keen eye for detail
and accuracy.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to think strategically and adeptly solve complex financial problems.
