Job Summary

The Data Engineer will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing data pipelines and data ingestion processes. This position requires extensive knowledge of Azure Data technologies to effectively support the organization’s data strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of data engineers to ensure efficient workflow and project success.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Bricks and Azure Data Factory.
• Develop and optimize data ingestion workflows leveraging PySpark.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in data engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in Azure Data Bricks and Azure Data Factory.
• Strong experience with PySpark and data ingestion techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data architectures and data warehousing concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other Azure services and tools.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python or SQL.

Experience
