Position: Product Manager - Cataloguing Location: Delhi Company: Wootzwork Labs Private Limited Job Description: At Wootzwork, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager specializing in Cataloging to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on understanding our engineering products and efficiently categorizing them. Additionally, the Product Manager will be responsible for creating e-catalogs for our customers using a nocode or low-code platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sense for frontend aesthetics, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience. Key Responsibilities: • Product Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of our engineering products, including their features, specifications, and applications. • Cataloging: Efficiently categorize our engineering products based on various attributes such as functionality, industry, and usage. • E-Catalog Creation: Utilize no-code or low-code platforms to create visually engaging e-catalogs for our customers. • Front-End Design: Collaborate with design teams to ensure that e-catalogs are aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines. • User Experience (UX) Optimization: Continuously optimize e-catalogs to enhance user experience, navigation, and searchability. • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings in cataloging and e-commerce platforms. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to gather product information and align cataloging efforts with business goals. • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of e-catalogs, gathering insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Design, or related field. • Proven experience in product management, particularly in cataloging, e-commerce, or related fields. • Strong understanding of engineering products and their categorization. • Experience with no-code or low-code platforms for e-catalog creation. • Proficiency in front-end design principles and tools. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and user-centric design
