<div>Who are we looking for?</div> <div><br /> ● We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial and ready to take the journey<br /> from 10 to 100.<br /> ● Ability to scale teams &amp; work with other business heads across the company is going<br /> to be critical to be successful<br /> ● Previous experience in the metals domain for at least 5 years. Some experience in<br /> the scrap domain is ofcourse an added advantage but not a necessity.</div> <div>What would you be expected to deliver?<br /> This role will require scaling the buy side of the entire scrap piece across domestic, imports<br /> &amp; processing to 1 million tonnes per year while ensuring a robust supply chain to deliver<br /> quality assured scrap with the requisite margin profile.<br /> ● Scoping out using primary and secondary research which segment of scrap could be<br /> tackled in what manner &amp; plan of action for the same in terms of the problem &amp; solution</div> <div>● Ready to start off with the team in place &amp; building a team which can tackle all aspects<br /> around domestic, imports &amp; processing.<br /> ● Working closely with P&amp;L leaders in different regions to ensure correct demand planning<br /> &amp; pricing to ensure maximum sales<br /> ● Liaise with govt officials and associations to ensure the company is ahead of the curve in<br /> terms of policies &amp; trends.</div>
