Who are we looking for?

● We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial and ready to take the journey
from 10 to 100.
● Ability to scale teams & work with other business heads across the company is going
to be critical to be successful
● Previous experience in the metals domain for at least 5 years. Some experience in
the scrap domain is ofcourse an added advantage but not a necessity.

What would you be expected to deliver?
This role will require scaling the buy side of the entire scrap piece across domestic, imports
& processing to 1 million tonnes per year while ensuring a robust supply chain to deliver
quality assured scrap with the requisite margin profile.
● Scoping out using primary and secondary research which segment of scrap could be
tackled in what manner & plan of action for the same in terms of the problem & solution

● Ready to start off with the team in place & building a team which can tackle all aspects
around domestic, imports & processing.
● Working closely with P&L leaders in different regions to ensure correct demand planning
& pricing to ensure maximum sales
● Liaise with govt officials and associations to ensure the company is ahead of the curve in
terms of policies & trends.
