Job Summary

The Growth Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the founder and the executive team. You will be expected to handle diverse tasks that contribute to the effective functioning of the office, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance in HSR Layout.

Responsibilities

• Assist the founder in daily administrative tasks and project management.
• Conduct research and provide insights on various topics as assigned.
• Support the team in programming-related tasks, leveraging basic programming knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for the founder and executive team.
• Help in creating presentations and reports to aid decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of programming and technical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approach.
• Must be a smart, proactive individual who gets things done efficiently.
• Must be available for full-time work in-person.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in an internship or similar role would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with project management tools and collaborative software.
• An interest in entrepreneurship, startups, or technology-related fields.

Experience

• No minimum experience required, but prior internship experience is a plus.

Environment

• The work setting will be in-person at HSR Layout, engaging directly with the founder and other team members.

Salary

Internship: 40k/Month

Full time: 9 LPA Negotiable
