We believe that People are core of our business, they build, they collaborate, they<br /> innovate, and they surprise themselves by becoming best version of themselves.<br /> Beyond the ask of role requirements, we hire for willingness to challenge status quo, with proclivity<br /> towards collaboration.</div> <div>Role: Head of Brand &amp;amp; Marketing<br /> Location: Noida (WFO)<br /> What will you get to do?<br /> You will lead entire Brand &amp;amp; Marketing charters by way of strategizing, implementing, and managing<br /> transformational initiatives that contribute to the growth of all things Brand and Marketing. Broad<br /> charters are marked below for ready reference:<br /> Digital Assets Marketing:<br />  Develop and execute comprehensive digital assets marketing strategies, including virtual<br /> goods, to engage and monetize our user base.<br />  Lead the strategic planning &amp;amp; development of a diverse range of digital assets within our<br /> platform.<br />  Lead strategic integration and shape our product roadmap to integrate digital assets<br /> seamlessly into our virtual world.<br /> Influencer Marketing:<br />  Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with influencers and thought leaders in the<br /> blockchain and immersive technology space.<br />  Define &amp;amp; execute transformative influencer marketing campaigns to amplify our brand&amp;#39;s<br /> reach and credibility.<br />  Monitor and analyse the impact of influencer partnerships on our user engagement and<br /> growth.<br /> Content Marketing:<br />  Develop and execute content marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.<br />  Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, videos, webinars, and social<br /> media campaigns.<br />  Set standards and establish thought leadership in the blockchain and immersive technology<br /> sectors through our content as subject matter expertise.<br /> Brand Launch:</div> <div>Head &ndash;Brand &amp;amp; Marketing</div> <div> Craft &amp;amp; lead the development and execution of a comprehensive brand launch strategy.<br />  Define our brand identity, positioning, and messaging to create a strong market presence.<br />  Ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints and ensure our brand as<br /> industry authority.<br /> Experience Charters:<br />  Build culture of exceptional user experiences in Org and also within our virtual world.<br />  Develop &amp;amp; collaborate for UX vision, user journey maps and experience charters to enhance<br /> user satisfaction and retention.<br />  Continuously iterate on experiences based on user feedback and data analytics.<br /> Strategic Alliances:<br />  Identify and cultivate high impact strategic partnerships and alliances with industry leaders,<br /> technology providers, and other stakeholders.<br />  Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives and mutually beneficial projects.<br />  Leverage alliances to expand our platform&amp;#39;s reach and capabilities.<br /> Budget &amp;amp; Resource allocation:<br />  Strategic deployment of funds across activities and close monitoring of expenses &amp;amp; vigilant<br /> cost control.<br />  Leveraging cost efficient tools available within the ecosystem for quick pilots and scaling up<br /> as needed.<br /> Profile Expectations:<br /> - Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing/ Business<br /> - 12+ years of progressive experience across portfolios, preferably new tech.<br /> - Hands-on experience in developing, implementing marketing strategies, expansion<br /> interventions &amp;amp; brand growth across multiple geographies.<br /> - Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market &amp;amp; customer data.<br /> - Strong understanding of technology products, market research &amp;amp; consumer behaviour<br /> - User centricity, UX/UI sensibilities, implement customer engagement systems and<br /> processes.<br /> - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.</div>
