The Operations Analyst role is essential in driving operational excellence by leveraging strong analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple operations teams, managing governance, and providing mentoring and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with various program leads, product teams, and engineering teams.
  • Conduct process gap analysis and implement improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Achieve defined targets for the team concerning productivity, quality, SLA (Service Level Agreement), efficiency, and utilization.
  • Ensure adherence to processes and manage attendance and availability of team members.
  • Proactively identify and implement process excellence and tool improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years in sales operations, business analytics, or related functions.
  • Education: Business degree is a plus; however, a strong mindset is prioritized.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, with the ability to leverage its capabilities.
    • Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite with the ability to analyze business reports and metrics.
    • Sound knowledge of data analysis methodologies (e.g., fishbone diagram analysis, root cause analysis).
    • Proficient SQL knowledge for reading, writing, and updating queries.
    • Advanced experience with JIRA or similar ticketing tools.
    • Understanding of operational metrics such as shrinkage and utilization.

Preferred Skills

  • Comfortable with building and contributing to pitch decks.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with global teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and administrative abilities.
  • Positive mindset, quick learner, and strong attention to detail.

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years in relevant roles, emphasizing experience in handling global stakeholders and driving projects.
