Job Description
Job Title: Manager – Finance & Accounts (R2R, Billing & Fixed Assets)
Location: Hyderabad
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 3–5
years of post-qualification experience to manage critical finance functions, including Record to
Report (R2R), Billing, and Fixed Assets.
Key Responsibilities
Record to Report (R2R)
• Oversee the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process ensuring
accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial
statements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and
regulatory requirements.
• Support audits (statutory, internal, and tax) with necessary schedules and explanations.
• Continuously improve R2R processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Billing
• Supervise customer billing cycles, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate with internal teams to resolve
discrepancies.
• Implement controls to minimize billing errors and improve cash flow management.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment of billing with
contracts and service delivery.
Fixed Assets
• Maintain an up-to-date fixed asset register and ensure accurate capitalization,
depreciation, and disposals.
• Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of fixed assets.
• Monitor and report on capital expenditure and ensure adherence to capitalization
policies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations related to fixed assets.
Desired Profile
• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, and relevant
tax laws.
• Hands-on experience in R2R processes, billing operations, and fixed asset accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Excel skills is a must.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a shared services, outsourcing, or mid-to-large corporate environment
would be an added advantage.
