MERN STACK DEVELOPER 
8-12 yrs experience 

CTC range - 50 Lakhs 

 

 

Responsibilities
● Design and execute the long-term strategy for technological development

● Drive the product roadmap for new product development, and ensure execution
● Manage the company's core technology infrastructure and ensure stability while scaling
● Build a high quality, technical platform for the organisation.

● Drive improvements across the end-to-end technology strategy.

● Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence.

● Work closely with other departments to define and deliver new products for platform/process improvement.

● Ensure timely delivery of key Tech projects in the company.

● Ownership of system and data safely for the organisation.

● Motivate and manage the current team of inhouse software engineers, product team and external engineering vendors.


Qualifications

● 8-12 years of experience in technology roles, with 4+ years of experience leading a team

● Prior experience working on a SaaS platform or in a fintech space would be advantageous

● Someone who can act as a strategic partner to the Founder, but also as a hands-on executor.

● Education in Computer Science/ Engineering is required.

● Coding experience in MERN stack, experience in AWS and Flutter will be beneficial.

● Entrepreneur mindset is critical.
