Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• User Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for users to external and internal Active Directory (AD) servers using ServiceNow forms.
• Coordinate with the AD team to ensure smooth integration.
• User Query Response: Address user queries related to:\
  • Access issues\
  • Table creation\
  • Access and permissions
• Maintaining pipelines (Azure Data Factory, Databricks), Maintaining Azure Logic Apps and Function Apps
• Creation of new workspaces in Azure Databricks
• Coordinating with the cloud team for Azure portal and network services (Vnet, DNS etc.)
• Pipeline Maintenance: Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Workspace Management: Oversee the creation and management of new workspaces in Azure Databricks.
• Application Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot Azure Logic Apps and Function Apps.
• Coordination: Work closely with the cloud team to manage Azure portal/Networking related activities and tasks.
• Security Patching: Identify, prioritize, acquire, install, and verify the installation of security patches, updates, and upgrades to ensure systems are secure and up-to-date.
• Incident Management: Detect, investigate, and respond to incidents promptly to minimize downtime and ensure service continuity.
