<div>Role - Candidate will be a part of the Finance &amp; Operations function - fund management, accounting, audit, valuation, taxation, finance operations, reporting, compliance &amp; related matters.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> ✅ Fund administration - Co-ordinating with the Administrators for current funds &amp; setting up new funds, including reviewing &amp; approving accounts &amp; documents across funds</div> <div>✅ Assist in tracking &amp; working on different aspects of the fund - management fees, expenses invoice, NAV calculation, distribution of capital, IRR working, cash flow management</div> <div>✅ Assist with SEBI, Trustee compliances related to AIFs, quarterly/annual reporting with respect to Funds to Investor servicing team and assisting in investor queries, valuation of portfolio companies in line with SEBI annual requirements</div> <div>✅ Co-ordinate with tax consultants, accounting &amp; legal consultants for various matters pertaining to tax, accounting, valuation &amp; regulatory matters</div> <div>✅ Follow a close checklist approach to ensure effective co-ordination amongst all stakeholders.</div>
