Job Summary

The VP of Product will lead our product function, sharpen our vision, and build the next generation of AdTech innovation. This role is critical for aligning product strategies with company goals and market needs while fostering a customer-first culture.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision & strategy across our AdTech platform offerings.
  • Lead and mentor a growing team of product managers, designers, and analysts.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver high-impact features at scale.
  • Prioritize ruthlessly, balancing short-term delivery with long-term innovation.
  • Identify customer pain points, validate solutions through user insights, and champion a customer-first culture.
  • Own and optimize the entire product lifecycle — from discovery to go-to-market (GTM) and iteration.
  • Stay informed on industry trends (programmatic, Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), measurement, etc.) to inform our roadmap.
  • Partner with leadership to translate business needs into scalable and commercially viable product offerings.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success in building B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) or AdTech platforms such as DSPs, SSPs, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), measurement tools, and attribution systems.
  • Deep understanding of advertising ecosystems, martech integrations, and programmatic workflows.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • A data-driven mindset, capable of leveraging analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to guide decisions.
  • Experience working in high-growth startups and building products from 0 to 1 and 1 to n.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience scaling product teams in early to growth-stage AdTech startups.
  • Familiarity with machine learning (ML)-driven recommendation engines, real-time bidding (RTB), or privacy-first ad solutions.
  • Exposure to global ad markets and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with a focus on leadership roles in relevant industries.

Environment

  • Estimated salary range: 8,000,000 - 12,000,000.
