Job Title: Enterprise Sales (B2B) Location: Bangalore / Noida / Mumbai Experience: 10–15 years Working Days: 5 days a week Reporting To: Founders Role Type: Individual Contributor (Client-facing) Website: https://www.bambrew.in/ Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Sales professional with strong B2B sales experience to drive large account acquisition and revenue growth. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role, directly working with founders and handling marquee enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities ● Drive enterprise-level B2B sales across FMCG, food, fashion, and retail sectors ● Acquire and onboard large clients, owning the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure ● Manage and grow key accounts with an average revenue size ● Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers ● Understand client packaging needs and propose flexible, customised solutions ● Collaborate internally to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery ● Achieve revenue targets while maintaining long-term client relationships Preferred Background & Experience ● 10–15 years of experience in Enterprise / B2B Sales ● Prior experience working with or selling into companies like Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, or similar large enterprises ● Strong exposure to the packaging industry, preferably polymer / plastic packaging ● Experience selling packaging solutions to FMCG, food, or fashion brands ● Proven track record of onboarding and managing large enterprise clients ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment Key Skills ● Enterprise sales & key account management ● Strong negotiation and stakeholder management ● Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles ● Excellent communication and presentation skills ● Strategic thinking with execution focus
