Intern- Strategic Action Research

Job Summary

The Intern- Strategic Action Research will support the organization in conducting research and analysis that informs strategic decision-making. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with action-oriented research projects, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative strategies. Interns will work closely with senior team members to gather data, analyze findings, and present actionable insights that drive organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and conducting strategic action research projects.
• Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from various sources.
• Prepare research summaries, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Support the development of actionable recommendations based on research findings.
• Collaborate with team members to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions, providing fresh perspectives and ideas.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Business, Economics, Public Policy, or related disciplines).
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with data analysis, literature review, or report writing.
• Familiarity with research methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of strategic planning concepts.
• Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Interest in innovation, policy, or management consulting.

Experience

• No prior professional experience required; freshers and students are encouraged to apply.
• Any prior internships, academic research, or project-based experience in research or strategy will be considered an advantage.
