Role Overview
The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by building client relationships, pursuing new business opportunities, and representing Mallé at exhibitions, trade fairs, and pop-ups. This role also includes merchandising responsibilities, ensuring the brand is visually presented to the highest standards across all physical touchpoints. The ideal candidate is adaptable, self-driven, and comfortable thriving in both sales and on-ground brand representation roles.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stockists.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos.
Exhibitions, Pop-Ups & On-Ground Events
- Travel to exhibitions, markets, pop-ups, and trade shows to represent Mallé.
- Manage booth setup, product display, inventory preparation, and customer engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during events, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to support future events and product development.
Merchandising & Brand Presentation
- Ensure Mallé’s products are displayed according to brand aesthetics and visual guidelines.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate restocking during events and in-store displays.
- Support photo shoots, product styling, and in-store layout planning as needed.
Administrative & Reporting
- Track sales and event performance; prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams—marketing, operations, and product—for smooth execution of sales strategies.
- Maintain CRM records and customer databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, retail, merchandising, or events.
- Experience participating in exhibitions or pop-ups is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for brand events.
- Visual merchandising sense with attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Suite/MS Office.
