Job Summary

The AWS Support role is designed to assist customers in effectively utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and resolving technical issues related to their cloud infrastructure. This position plays a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring successful implementation of AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for AWS services, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
• Assist customers with service configuration and best practices for AWS architecture.

• Document and track customer interactions and solutions in the support ticketing system.
• Stay updated on AWS service offerings and industry trends to provide informed solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS services.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, etc.).
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner are preferred.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
