Job Description<br /> Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with channel partners, ensuring their needs are met, and proactively seeking out new business opportunities. Responsibilities - 1. Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed credit card sales targets. - Recruit, train, and monitor performance of DSAs to maximize sales potential. 2. Build strong relationships with DSAs, banking partners, and internal teams. 3. Lead, mentor, and motivate sales professionals to achieve objectives. 4. Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights. To plan targets, distribution across channels, logins, approvals etc for achieving monthly targets 5. To design and implement programs and incentives for channel engagement 6. Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills. 7. Ensure compliance with regulations and implement control measures.<br /> 8. To create awareness & visibility about products by way of training channels & FOS, timely updates on changes therein. Also create awareness with marketing activities in catchment areas. To create visibility by making available and display of promo material in appropriate channels and catchment areas.
