Responsibilities include using various channels to scout for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for business needs. Responsibilities: ● Manage the recruitment process - creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, and screening resumes ● Schedule and conduct interviews, reference checks, and background checks ● Coordinate the offer process and onboarding of new employees ● Building relationships with candidates and stakeholders ● Identifying qualified candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment consultants and other channels ● Developing talent pipeline as per business needs ● Strategising on streamlining the recruitment process to deliver a A+ experience to candidates ● Maintaining candidate databases and trackers to stay on top of recruitment ● Understanding the company requirements and assisting in creating a recruitment plan Requirements: ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential ● Marketing &amp; sales mindset - to track down the top candidates and get them interested to join Evenflow&#39;s journey ● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google spreadsheets ● Ability to positively represent our company and open roles to potential candidates ● Effective time-management abilities</div>
