Rodic Digital & Advisory (RDA) is building AI-native software platforms to empower India’s
most important institutions by integrating fragmented data, enabling real-time monitoring,
and embedding decision and predictive intelligence for measurable outcomes. Backed by
25+ years of engineering excellence and infrastructure advisory, we’re transforming from
project delivery to product-led growth with lean, high-agency teams. Building products using
computer vision tech in asset monitoring (roads, bridges, canals, infra projects), Predictive AI
to run institutions and automate workflows, Digital Healthcare, Digital Agriculture stack and

Location: Bangalore | Reports to: CEO/CTO | Team Size: 12-15 engineers (scaling to 25+
by Q4 2026)
• Role Summary
• Lead the technical architecture, engineering excellence, and team scaling for RDA's
AI-native software platform. You will own the complete tech stack transformation
moving from project-centric to product-centric delivery while building a high-
performing engineering culture driven by merit, ownership, and decentralized
decision-making.
The Challenge
We are transforming how large and important institutions operate at scale by building
decision-intelligent software that integrates fragmented data ecosystems. This
requires:
• AI as a core layer (not an afterthought) enriched data + decision intelligence
embedded in every feature
• Multi-modal data ingestion at institutional scale (legacy system integration, real-time
updates, PII/data sovereignty compliance)
• Lean, high-velocity teams organized as autonomous pods (4-5 pods in 12 months)
• Non-negotiable standards: Privacy, security, and sovereignty built into architecture
from day one
• You will move the needle on technical debt, establish platform thinking, and create an
