We offer a supportive work culture,<br /> competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional growth.<br /> Key Objectives<br /> ●<br /> Take ownership of daily operations for data collection sessions, ensuring efficiency,<br /> quality, and strict adherence to the client’s SOPs.<br /> ●<br /> Anticipate, identify, and resolve operational challenges swiftly to avoid disruptions to<br /> the project timeline.<br /> ●<br /> Lead and empower operational staff, instilling a solution-oriented mindset while ensuring<br /> team alignment with project goals.<br /> ●<br /> Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, refine processes, and<br /> enhance operational performance.<br /> ●<br /> Supervise subject management, including screening, onboarding, and session<br /> execution, to meet or exceed client expectations.<br /> ●<br /> Maintain a safe, organized, and disturbance-free work environment conducive to<br /> achieving optimal outcomes.<br /> Core Responsibilities<br /> ●<br /> Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve logistical, technical, or<br /> personnel-related issues during operations. Develop contingency plans to ensure<br /> uninterrupted project flow.<br /> ●<br /> Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and supervise staff while fostering a collaborative<br /> and solution-driven culture. Monitor team performance and provide constructive<br /> feedback to improve outcomes.<br /> ●<br /> Session Management: Oversee subject onboarding, including screening and training,<br /> ensuring readiness and compliance with client requirements.<br /> ●<br /> Reporting and Communication: Track daily performance metrics, prepare insightful<br /> reports, and maintain transparent communication with the client and project<br /> management.<br /> ●<br /> Process Optimization: Analyze operational workflows and recommend improvements<br /> to enhance efficiency and address recurring bottlenecks.<br /> ●<br /> Compliance and Documentation: Ensure strict adherence to project protocols,<br /> maintain detailed records, and handle sensitive data securely.<br /> Required Skills and Qualifications<br /> ●<br /> Bachelor’s degree from a tier 1 institute<br /> ●<br /> Previous experience in Operations Management, Project Management, or a related<br /> field with a proven track record of resolving operational challenges and implementing<br /> effective solutions under tight deadlines.<br /> ●<br /> 2+ years of experience in operations or a supervisory role, with a focus on<br /> problem-solving and client-oriented projects.<br /> ●<br /> Strong understanding of SOPs and operational workflows in research or data collection<br /> environments.<br /> ●<br /> Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment in high-pressure<br /> scenarios.<br /> ●<br /> Strong technical acumen for equipment setup and basic troubleshooting.<br /> ●<br /> Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.<br /> ●<br /> Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse teams and<br /> clients.<br /> ●<br /> Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays.<br /> —-<br /> Key Duties List from Neuralace:<br />
- Manage, Update, Improve, Run SOP for self and stakeholders (staff, subjects, security,<br /> supply chain)<br />
- Do 360 interviews every 2 weeks to understand and debug operational challenges<br />
- Go through subject and staff logs every day to understand and debug operational issues<br /> and maintain SOP standards<br />
- Manage dynamically updating data collection schedule keeping the costs, headcount,<br /> and disruptions minimal<br />
- Being proactive with communication across stakeholders<br />
- Managing Supply Chains to avoid disruptions
