Job Summary

Lululemon is looking for a dynamic Systems Analyst to lead the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions. The primary role is to provide advisory support for business requirements, ensuring that systems are efficient, scalable, and meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain observability dashboards and alerting systems using Splunk and Datadog.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and usage trends.
• Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to support incident response and root cause analysis.
• Manage and execute Salesforce deployment activities using GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including metadata versioning, validation, and promotion across environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Salesforce teams to ensure deployment quality and system visibility.
• Optimize data ingestion and retention strategies for observability tools.
• Document deployment processes, observability standards, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.
• Expertise in writing technical requirements and documentation.
• Proven experience with application configuration and system/application implementation.
• Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, written, and verbal.
• Strong listening and facilitation skills, with the ability to sense organizational dynamics.
• Coaching and mentoring skills, particularly in influencing others toward a common goal.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and resourcefulness, demonstrating initiative.
• Self-awareness and a strong desire for continuous self-improvement.
• Must be a collaborator, able to work effectively with others.

Preferred Skills
