Ltd. is building India&rsquo;s largest insect bio-manufacturing facility, developing sustainable biological inputs for agriculture and animal nutrition. Our Plant Nutrition &amp; Protection Division delivers next-generation biofertilisers, biostimulants, and bio-based crop protection products with proven results in yield improvement, soil health, and chemical reduction. We are now expanding our agronomy team to strengthen our field research, validation, and data generation e orts across major crops in India.</div> <div>Role Summary The Senior Agronomist will lead field trials, demonstrations, and data analysis for GreenGrahi&rsquo;s agri-biologicals. This role requires a blend of technical agronomy expertise, on-field trial management, and analytical skills to generate robust, science backed insights that will support product validation, regulatory submissions, and commercial positioning.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Key Responsibilities &bull; Design, plan, and conduct field trials for biofertilisers, biostimulants, and other biologicals across multiple crops and geographies. &bull; Liaise with farmers, FPOs, institutional partners, and agri-corporates for on-field research collaborations. &bull; Ensure trials follow scientifically sound protocols with control and treatment groups. &bull; Collect, monitor, and manage agronomic and crop performance data. &bull; Analyse trial results using statistical and agronomic tools, preparing detailed technical reports. &bull; Collaborate with the product development and sales teams to generate application protocols, case studies, and technical presentations. &bull; Support regulatory and product registration processes with trial data and scientific evidence. &bull; Mentor junior agronomists and field executives in trial setup, data collection, and farmer engagement. Candidate Profile Education: &bull; M.Sc. in Agronomy, Soil Science, Plant Pathology, or Crop Science. &bull; Ph.D. is a plus, but not mandatory if practical experience is strong. Experience &bull; 5&ndash;8 years of field experience in conducting agronomic trials with biofertilisers, biostimulants, or agri-inputs. &bull; Strong knowledge of trial design (RCBD, split plot, strip trials, demo plots, etc.). &bull; Proven ability to collect, validate, and interpret large datasets from multi location trials. &bull; Familiarity with crops such as paddy, wheat, chilli, cotton, banana, sugarcane, tomato, and grapes. &bull; Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills. &bull; Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork and farmer engagement.
