Job Summary
The Secretarial and Legal Head is responsible for overseeing all secretarial and legal functions within the organization. This role involves managing senior stakeholder relationships, coordinating with the Board of Directors, and ensuring compliance with legal and corporate governance standards. Responsibilities

- Oversee the management of the Board of Directors, including scheduling, organizing, and facilitating board meetings.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for board meetings and other key corporate governance activities.

- Maintain and update statutory records, filings, and documentation related to corporate governance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in secretarial and legal functions, preferably in a senior management or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, legal compliance, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), Business Administration, or related fields.
- Professional certifications in company secretarial practices or corporate law are preferred.
