Job Summary
The Head – B2B Sales will lead the company's institutional sales and partnership business. This role focuses on expanding relationships with architects, interior designers, and institutional clients while driving B2B revenue growth. The candidate will own sales targets and build long-term strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Drive institutional sales across target markets.
- Build partnerships with:
- Architects
- Interior Designers
- Design Consultants
- Institutional clients
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Manage key client relationships.
- Achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Lead commercial discussions and partnership negotiations.
Qualifications
- Institutional/B2B sales experience.
- Strong network within the architecture and interior design ecosystem.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Experience handling revenue targets and business development initiatives.
- Background in furniture, home décor, retail, or interior design.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in franchise acquisition and expansion.
- Strong business development and commercial negotiation skills.
- Experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L) and sales targets.
- Existing relationships with architects, interior designers, and institutional clients.
- Comfort handling both business development and operational responsibilities.
Experience
- Candidates with strong institutional sales experience preferred.
- Experience in furniture companies, home décor brands, interior design firms, or retail brands with institutional sales exposure.
Environment
- Work location options include Mumbai or Kolkata.
Salary
- Estimated salary range: ₹15–20 LPA.
