Job Summary

As a Co-Founder, you will take the lead in shaping the product, market, and business vision for a groundbreaking AI-native EMR platform. This role requires collaboration with hospital leadership teams, clinicians, healthcare administrators, product teams, and technology partners to develop solutions that improve healthcare delivery and operational efficiency, responding to the evolving landscape of healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy

  • Define the long-term vision and roadmap for the AI-native EMR platform.
  • Identify key pain points across clinical, operational, and administrative workflows.
  • Translate hospital requirements into scalable product features.
  • Prioritize product development based on customer and market needs.

• Hospital & Customer Engagement

  • Engage with hospital leadership, clinicians, and healthcare administrators.
  • Conduct workflow assessments and requirement gathering.
  • Build relationships with prospective customers and pilot partners.
  • Drive customer discovery and product validation initiatives.

• Business Development & Commercialization

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for enterprise healthcare customers.
  • Lead customer acquisition and strategic partnerships.
  • Build relationships with healthcare groups, hospital chains, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Support contract discussions, pilots, and commercial deployments.

• Venture Building

  • Contribute to fundraising and investor discussions.
  • Develop business plans, pricing models, and growth strategies.
  • Support recruitment of key leadership and functional team members.
  • Help establish the venture as a leading healthcare technology company.

Qualifications

• Experience Required

  • EMR/EHR product management.
  • Hospital information systems.
  • Healthcare technology startups.
  • Digital health platforms.
  • Hospital operations and transformation.
  • Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) product commercialization.

• Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with hospitals, health systems, or healthcare providers.
  • Strong understanding of clinical and administrative workflows.
  • Experience implementing or scaling healthcare technology solutions.
  • Product management or business leadership experience.
  • Startup or entrepreneurial experience is highly desirable.
