Job Description
The incumbent will:

Own and scale Enterprise Sales charter, driving large, multi-year revenue growth across India’s top enterprises

Build and execute a national enterprise GTM strategy, focused on solution-led, outcome-based selling of workforce and execution services

Acquire, grow, and deepen relationships with CXO-level stakeholders (CEOs, COOs, CHROs, CIOs, Heads of Sales & Operations) across marquee enterprise accounts

Lead complex, high-value deal cycles including enterprise discovery, solution design, commercials, negotiations, and closures

Partner closely with delivery, product, operations, finance, and marketing teams to co-create scalable, enterprise-grade solutions and differentiated value propositions

Represent the firm at industry forums, enterprise events, and strategic customer engagements, positioning the company as a long-term execution partner

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance enterprise sales leadership team, establishing strong sales governance, forecasting discipline, and execution rigor

Work with the CEO, Board, and investors to shape long-term revenue strategy, enterprise expansion, and market positioning
What we’re looking for:

15–20 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales with strong exposure to consultative, solution-led selling

Proven experience in building and selling bespoke solutions to large Indian enterprises

Demonstrated success in closing and managing large enterprise & high-value contracts, including recurring and annuity-based deals

Strong experience leading national or multi-regional sales teams

Deep understanding of enterprise buying behavior, procurement cycles, RFPs, and commercial structures in India

Established CXO relationships across large Indian corporates

Strategic, execution-oriented leader comfortable operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
