Job Summary

The Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) will pivot the focus from service-oriented operations to developing products that drive demand and enhance operational efficiency. This leadership role is crucial in building and managing a comprehensive product and technology roadmap for all digital-first financial products, ensuring exceptional user experiences and strong performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the full Product & Technology roadmap for all digital-first financial products.
• Ensure seamless onboarding, engagement, and servicing, achieving industry-leading Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
• Establish a scalable technology architecture that supports strong data analytics, security, and compliance measures.
• Build and manage a lean in-house team and a high-quality outsourced vendor ecosystem.
• Oversee the digital onboarding process of investors, ensuring a frictionless experience.
• Continuously improve investor experiences through the optimization of applications and websites.
• Drive initiatives that leverage technology and product innovation to scale the investor base.
• Provide leadership and oversight to the Head of Technology and Head of Operations for effective execution.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: 8-12 years in product and technology leadership roles within digital-first financial environments.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of product strategy, technology architecture, and analytics.
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving attitude with a tech-first approach, strong stakeholder influence, analytical thinker, and hands-on leadership experience managing teams and vendors.
• Demonstrated Experience: Proven track record of building and scaling digital pull-based financial products that impact revenue uplift and cost efficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in vendor management and ensuring adherence to SLA agreements.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Capability to drive cross-functional alignment within technology and operations teams.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years in product & technology roles, particularly in a digital-first financial context.
• Evidence of having built or scaled impactful financial platforms.
