Job Description
<div>Key Responsibilities</div>
<div>1. Own the Website P&L</div>
<div>● Take full ownership of revenue, gross margins, and profitability targets for the website channel.</div>
<div>● Build and execute channel-wise growth strategies across traffic, conversion, AOV, retention, and category performance.</div>
<div>2. Traffic & Acquisition (Meta + Google Ads)</div>
<div>● End-to-end management of Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive high-quality sessions.</div>
<div>● Plan and execute new customer acquisition, remarketing, and retention campaigns.</div>
<div>● Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, and scale.</div>
<div>● Deep-dive into performance analytics to identify growth opportunities.</div>
<div>3. Website Merchandising & Conversion Improvement</div>
<div>● Own the website’s product catalogue strategy: pricing, discounts, bundling, and merchandising.</div>
<div>● Optimize product listings, hero banners, offers, and landing pages to maximize CVR.</div>
<div>● Coordinate with the tech team on CRO experiments, A/B tests, and UX improvements.</div>
<div>4. Creative & Content Program Management</div>
<div>● Work closely with the content/creative team to ensure ad creatives, product banners, and landing page assets are delivered on time.</div>
<div>● Build detailed creative briefs tied to campaign objectives and insights.</div>
<div>● Maintain a predictable creative pipeline for performance marketing requirements.</div>
<div>5. Analytics & Reporting</div>
<div>● Track performance across traffic, conversions, product performance, and marketing efficiency.</div>
<div>6. Cross-functional Collaboration</div>
<div>● Partner with supply chain for stock availability and forecasting.</div>
<div>● Work with customer support to ensure strong pre- and post-purchase experience.</div>
<div>● Collaborate with product/tech on website improvements impacting revenue.</div>
