looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to build our central data analytics function.<br />
This function will report into the Head of our central Strategy and Innovation Team.<br />
As the first hire for this function, you will get the opportunity to shape the future of data analytics at<br />
Wholsum Foods and define the strategic direction of our data analytics initiatives, drive data-driven<br />
decision-making, and make a significant impact on our business growth. This is an exciting role for a<br />
visionary leader who is passionate about leveraging data to unlock valuable insights and drive<br />

<div>Responsibilities:<br />
1. Prospecting<br />
Developing a Comprehensive DATA BASE of current and prospective HORECA/B2B Customers<br />
and creating a system of contacting “Prospects” and Tracking the same.Oversee this sales<br />
pipeline - develop and execute strategies to increase leads/customers at all stages of the<br />
funnel. Lead reporting for the vertical.<br />
2. New account acquisition & development<br />
Oversee sales pipeline - develop and execute strategies to acquire leads at all stages of the<br />
funnel.Work within allocated marketing and promotional budgets to deliver targeted growth<br />
and brand building, oversee the development of relevant campaigns and<br />
collaterals.Personally lead sales activities for high-level accounts.Develop and execute<br />
process-driven strategies for pitching, on-boarding and customer service.Handling all<br />
communications and B2B/HORECA queries on new business development.<br />
3. Key Account Management<br />
Planning and achieving target account wise share.<br />
Developing and Implementing Account wise Sales Plan in addition to finalizing trade terms,<br />
Cross selling/upselling, ensuring ongoing orders and supply. Oversee accounts receivables<br />
and debt collection, resolve all long outstanding debts along with the help of accounting and<br />
finance team.<br />
Propose and follow up on regional actions / promotions / Events / trade fairs in order to<br />
reach the sales targets.Maintain close & meaningful relationships with high-value<br />
customers.Establish rapport with key decision makers.Track customer complaints and ensure<br />
timely resolution.<br />
4. New Product Introduction<br />
Creating and Implementing New Product Launch plan as per the business plan.<br />
Tracking Competition and new product launches to evaluate impact of various players in the<br />
market. Giving feedback about various competitive activities to the marketing team and<br />
products feedback to the R&D team.<br />
5. Pricing<br />
Release pricing norms regularly based on the agreed pricing strategy to drive margins.<br />
Building and developing strong business relationships with new and existing HORECA/B2B<br />
channels.<br />
Evaluating information related to HORECA sales, promotions, competition and market<br />
research.<br />
Managing HORECA sales budgets and new implementations. Negotiating HORECA/B2B sales<br />
contracts and marketing strategies.Developing and accessing the national HORECA/B2B<br />
marketing strategy to increase customer acquisition and retention.<br />
6. Merchandising<br />
Develop commercially viable product propositions (using existing SF and Mille products and<br />
appropriate merchandise) for sales to various channels i.e. birthday party, corporates for<br />
Diwali/New Year/New employee packs etc.</div>
