UX Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a UX Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction with our digital products. Your design expertise will contribute directly to our organization's goals by ensuring that our products meet the needs and expectations of our users.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and experiences for digital products using Figma.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive and user-friendly software.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma for design tasks.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other design tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for design implementation.
• Experience in conducting usability testing.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $99,980.
