You will build the playbook for how Ivy Homes interacts with the broker ecosystem to<br /> drive both acquisitions and sales.<br /> What Your Impact Will Look Like<br /> ● Scale the Vertical: You will onboard, nurture, and optimize a network of Channel Partners,<br /> turning them into a consistent source of high-quality leads.<br /> ● The Bridge to Product: You will provide on-ground market intelligence to our Pricing and<br /> Product teams, helping us refine the data-backed offers we present to the market.<br /> ● High-Velocity Closures: You will front-end communication with sellers and partners,<br /> navigating complex negotiations to close deals and handhold sellers through to<br /> documentation.<br /> ● Strategic Evolution: You won’t just follow a process; you will develop the processes, policies,<br /> and expansion strategies that define our CP vertical.<br /> ● Community Building: You will lead engagement activities and events that make Ivy Homes<br /> the partner of choice in the Bangalore micro-markets.<br /> Are You Mentally Prepared for the Journey?<br /> Growth-stage startups are not for everyone.
