Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end recruitment & hiring 2. Job posting & vendor coordination 3. Interview scheduling & management 4. Candidate screening & shortlisting 5. Employee onboarding & documentation 6. Exit management & offboarding 7. Employee relations management 8. Grievance handling & resolution 9. Employee records management 10. Leave & attendance tracking 11. Succession planning execution 12. Blue & white collar management 13. Workforce discipline & compliance 14. Conflict resolution handling 15.
