Key Responsibilities

Blue Collar Hiring – Efficiently recruit and onboard blue-collar workforce as per company requirements.
Vendor Management – Liaise with recruitment agencies and third-party vendors to optimize hiring and HR services.
Negotiation & Compliance – Handle salary negotiations, contracts, and compliance with labor laws.
Onboarding & Training – Manage seamless onboarding processes and develop training programs for employees.
HRMS Management – Maintain and utilize HRMS software (preferably KeKa) for payroll, attendance, and employee records.
Grievance Handling – Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement an effective escalation matrix.
Employee Engagement & Retention – Foster a positive work environment and drive employee motivation.
