1. Regulatory Management

• Ensure compliance with all company-related regulations, including FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) guidelines and other statutory requirements.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the e-commerce industry in India, and advise on necessary adjustments.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage filings, registrations, and licenses.

2. HR Legal Support

• Address HR-related legal matters, including employee contracts, grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Provide legal guidance on labor laws, workplace policies, and employee benefits.
• Collaborate with HR to develop and review employment policies to ensure compliance with Indian labor laws.

3. Governance and Compliance

• Maintain governance and compliance standards in coordination with shareholders and stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and maintain shareholder agreements, board resolutions, and other governance documentation.
• Provide legal advice to management and the board on corporate governance matters and regulatory risks.

4. Experience in debt recovery and financial litigation is essential. Which includes the below mentioned. 

•  Send a formal demand letter to the debtor
•  might involve negotiating repayment plans, partial payments, or discounted settlements if immediate payment is not possible.    
• file a lawsuit for debt recovery    
• Handling disputed debts.
