IMPACT AT EVOCS As Director - Talent Acquisition, you will lead the global recruitment strategy, driving high-impact hiring across the US and India, focusing on IT and services-based RPO delivery. You will be responsible for scaling recruitment teams in India and delivering top-tier talent to support our growth and client success. WHAT YOU WILL DO | JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will: <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Develop and execute an enterprise-wide global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring high-volume and executive recruiting success across US and India markets.   </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Lead end-to-end recruitment and sourcing for US-based roles with compliance to international hiring standards.   </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Manage, coach, and scale high-performing recruitment teams across India to deliver global hiring objectives.   </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Design and implement scalable frameworks utilizing global talent mapping, ATS/CRM tools, analytics, and leading RPO best practices.   </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Partner with senior stakeholders, business heads, global HR, and client leadership to forecast, plan, and meet recruitment targets.   </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights, automation, and optimized sourcing strategies.   </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Champion employer branding, inclusive candidate experience, and promote global workforce diversity.   </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Mentor and develop mid-level leaders in both local and global contexts to ensure alignment culturally and operationally.   </li> </ul> WHAT YOU WILL BRING | REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS | YOUR PROFILE The top candidate will have the following skills: <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Over 10 years of global talent acquisition experience in IT/Services and RPO delivery, including 5+ years in leadership or Director roles focused on US and India markets.   </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Proven track record managing complex multinational hiring projects and building recruitment capabilities in high-growth environments.   </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Deep knowledge of global recruitment technologies (ATS/CRM), international sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and RPO delivery excellence.   </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Strong communication, organizational leadership, and client-facing presentation skills.   </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Experience in delivering recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost per hire, retention, and diversity, with a strategic focus on continuous improvement.   </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Fluency in English (written and spoken) with strong interpersonal skills for client interaction.   </li> </ul> Bonus qualifications | Ideally you have: <ul> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.   </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Significant P&L, vendor management, and external stakeholder experience.   </li> <li aria-level="1" dir="ltr"> Exposure to recruiting for US time zones and scaling recruitment operations.   </li> </ul> LOCATION Jaipur, India OUR VALUES We are privileged to serve our loyal customer base in our mission to build lasting relationships based on trust and mutual success.
