Job Description

  1. Performance Marketing & Online Lead Generation   • Own paid media across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and beyond — budgets, targeting, and

  optimisation

  • Drive CAC, CPL, and ROAS improvements. Not just report them — move them

  • Brief the creative team on assets, test relentlessly, and scale what works

  • Maintain real-time performance dashboards for full visibility

  2. Channel Expansion & Experimentation

  • Continuously identify and activate new channels ahead of the curve

  • Test and scale new paid and partnership channels

  • Run controlled experiments to identify high-ROI opportunities

  3. Offline Lead Generation & Field Marketing

  • Own the feet-on-street programme (spotting) — targets, tracking, and continuous

  improvement

  • Oversee dealer/channel partner activations, event launches, and on-ground lead gen through

  the Offline Marketing Manager

  • Identify the right events and expos (AceTech and beyond) in the right cities

  • Every brand experience should be on-brand, well-executed, and meticulously tracked

  4. Telecalling & Pre-Sales

  • Own the telecalling team — qualification rates, turnaround time, and lead quality

  • Set SOPs, call scripts, follow-up cadences, and reporting structures

  • Ensure smooth handoffs to sales and continuously coach the team

  5. Referral Programme & Customer Experience

  • Build and own a structured referral programme — our best leads will come from happy

  customers

  • Work with the Customer Experience Executive to ensure post-sale journeys are smooth and

  referral-ready

  • Track, reward, and scale referrals as a core lead channel

  6. Organic Growth — SEO, AEO & GEO

  • Own organic visibility — SEO, AEO, GEO, and all Google My Business listings

  • Define content strategy for search and brief the content team

  • We’re already #2 in organic traffic in the industry. Your job is to make it #1

  7. Funnel, CRM & Tools

  • Own the full lead funnel with obsessive hygiene — set up workflows, drip campaigns, and

  remarketing

  • Build dashboards and KPI frameworks that drive decisions, not just reporting
