Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle ERP Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with 7–10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Core Financial modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger), Advanced Collections, and Procurement, along with hands-on experience in both functional configurations and technical components such as integrations, reports, and data migration.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge between business users and the technical team to gather requirements and deliver Oracle Fusion Finance and Procurement solutions.
  • Provide functional expertise in Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, and Procurement modules.
  • Perform system configurations, setups, and testing across Fusion Financials and Procurement modules along with Advanced Collections.
  • Conduct functional testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deliver end-user training/documentation.
  • Lead or assist with data migration activities using templates such as File-Based Data Import (FBDI) or Application Hook Data Import (AHDI).
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to financial transactions and process flows.
  • Provide post-go-live support and enhancements based on evolving business needs.
  • Work available hours from 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
  • Develop and troubleshoot Oracle Cloud Integrations, BI Publisher Reports, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), FBDI/ADFDI, Smart View, and data extraction tools.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations using REST/SOAP Web Services, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and middleware platforms.
  • Stay updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and assess their impact on business processes.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Strong functional expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cash Management, and Procurement modules.
  • Good understanding of Fusion setups, workflow, security roles, and approval rules.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and FBDI/AHDI templates.
  • Proficient understanding of Oracle Database and related backend tables for AP, AR, GL, and Procurement modules.
  • Proven ability to write and debug SQL queries and PL/SQL for troubleshooting and reporting.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and client interaction skills.
  • Experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation or support projects.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Procurement and Self Service Procurement.

Experience

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in relevant roles with a focus on Oracle ERP solutions.
