Job Summary
The C&B Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and rewards strategies that align with business goals and market competitiveness. This role will contribute to the organization by ensuring that compensation structures are adapted to local market needs while maintaining alignment with global frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement compensation and rewards strategies aligned with business goals and market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with regional and country leaders to adapt compensation structures to local market needs while ensuring alignment with global frameworks.
- Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate positioning within global and local pay structures through analysis of job descriptions, internal benchmarks, and external market data.
- Analyze internal employee data and external market trends to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on compensation policies and practices to HR and business teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency in compensation and benefits.
- Manage vendor relationships for employee benefits, ensuring service quality and alignment with contractual terms.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years specializing in compensation.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Experience leading remote HR operations and collaborating with finance and payroll teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management capabilities.
- MBA or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management.
- Professional certifications in Compensation & Benefits (e.g., GRP, CCP) are a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience managing compensation and benefits across multiple countries or regions.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience working in high-compliance, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
