Assistant Growth Evangelist (Intern)

Job Summary

As an Assistant Growth Evangelist (Intern) at Truliacare, you’ll play a key supporting role in driving our go-to-market efforts. You will collaborate with our leadership team and strategy teams to execute outreach campaigns, identify partnership opportunities, and strengthen brand visibility. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain real-world experience in growth marketing, healthcare innovation, and B2B outreach.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing outreach and growth campaigns across digital platforms
• Support email and LinkedIn outreach to healthcare leaders, partners, and influencers
• Conduct research to identify leads, trends, and growth opportunities
• Track and report performance metrics from campaigns and CRM systems
• Contribute creative ideas for audience engagement and brand visibility
• Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on weekly initiatives
• Shadow or participate in discovery calls (aligned with US time zones when needed)

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, etc.)
• Strong interest in digital marketing, healthcare, or B2B business development
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office
• Comfortable working both independently and in teams
• Curious, self-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Canva, or email campaign tools
• Understanding of customer journey
• Exposure to digital content creation or performance tracking
• Bonus: interest in healthcare innovation or AI-driven solutions

Experience

• No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Any internship, volunteer work, or project experience related to marketing, outreach, or business development will be a plus.

Environment

• Location: Nagpur (in-office/onsite internship)

• Standard hours with occasional flexibility for evening outreach (US overlap)

Salary

• Monthly stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000
