    Drive revenue targets through innovative growth initiatives and continuous performance optimization.
  • Team Leadership:
    Manage and inspire the sales and service teams, aligning operations with client needs and XP’s service excellence standards.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Monitor KPIs and generate reports to measure success across customer service and business development efforts.
