Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development (NBD):
Lead the acquisition of new clients and expand XP India's customer base across sectors. - Client Retention & Engagement:
Design and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships and ensure sustained engagement. - Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue targets through innovative growth initiatives and continuous performance optimization. - Team Leadership:
Manage and inspire the sales and service teams, aligning operations with client needs and XP’s service excellence standards. - Performance Tracking:
Monitor KPIs and generate reports to measure success across customer service and business development efforts.
