<div>Role Summary: The Sales Line Executive will be the first point of contact for customers calling the sales line. You will engage customers to provide information about our products, guide them through the purchase process, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience. Your role will directly contribute to sales growth and customer satisfaction.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Key Responsibilities<br /> 1. Customer Interaction<br /> ● Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone with professionalism and enthusiasm.<br /> ● Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.<br /> ● Guide customers on sizing, fabric choices, and customization options.<br /> ● Proactively address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.<br /> 2. Sales Conversion<br /> ● Convert inquiries into confirmed orders by building trust and rapport with customers.<br /> ● Assist customers in navigating the ordering process and ensure timely follow-ups for pending decisions.</div> <div>3. Product Knowledge<br /> ● Develop a thorough understanding of Bombay Shirt Company&amp;#39;s products,<br /> processes, and offerings<br /> ● Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and campaigns.<br /> 4. Coordination &amp;amp; Collaboration<br /> ● Collaborate with store teams and production units to ensure accurate order details.<br /> ● Work closely with the customer service team to resolve escalations and support post-sales queries.<br /> 5. CRM &amp;amp; Reporting<br /> ● Accurately record customer interactions, order details, and feedback in the CRM system (Freshdesk).<br /> ● Share insights and suggestions for improving the customer journey.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Key Skills Requirements :<br /> ○ Experience: 1-3 years in a customer-facing or sales role, preferably in retail, fashion, or e-commerce.<br /> ○ Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Hindi and other regional languages is a plus.<br /> ○ Customer Focus: Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.<br /> ○ Sales Acumen: Ability to identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions to drive sales.<br /> ○ Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, phone systems, and basic computer applications.<br /> ○ Personality: Enthusiastic, patient, and driven by delivering exceptional service.</div>
