<div>Position Overview:<br />
As the Head of RED.Health’s Air Ambulance Business, you will be responsible for the growth and P&L of the this business vertical.<br />
An ideal candidate must be from the chartered airline industry; someone who understands how planes operate, cost structures, permissions and someone who has significant experience selling a chartered airline offering to customers etc.<br />
At RED.Health, we have the largest market share in terms of air ambulance cases in India due to our deep penetration within 100+ hospitals across 23 cities in India. We will soon be adding more muscle to this business by wet leasing an aircraft ourselves so that our dependency on aircraft providers reduces and so that we are able to keep a larger margin for ourselves when we serve a case.<br />
Hence, we are looking for someone who can head the complete Air Ambulance business and grow it 5 times in terms of topline and 2 times in terms of profit margins over the next 2 years.</div>

<div>Primary Responsibilities:<br />
1.<br />
Go-to-market: Meet key doctors and KOLs across the country to market our air ambulance capability. Implement various marketing strategies to increase our brand visibility and trust in the eyes of the user and the influencer.<br />
2.<br />
Manage Charter Requests: Handle incoming calls and web inquires for the patients’ requests.<br />
3.<br />
Industry Knowledge: Establish and maintain industry knowledge and competition analysis. Obtain thorough knowledge of Air Ambulance operators in the country.<br />
4.<br />
Charter Management: Prepare personalized quotes, sales documents, and client agreements.<br />
5.<br />
Maintain Client Relationships: Identify and maintain regular contact with prospective new clients. Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service and be a point of contact between client and company. Meet and greet customers arriving or departing on a flight.<br />
6.<br />
Coordinate Charter Trips: Book, accommodate changes to, and confirm details for charter trips. Coordinate directly with Flight Operations Team to deliver superior and consistent levels of service. Watch over trip and details to ensure successful charter experience.<br />
7.<br />
Company Representation: Represent the company at various community and business meetings. Periodically visit customers and participate in trade shows and exhibits.<br />
8.<br />
Expense Tracking: Assist and expedite invoicing by tracking all expenses and revenue on each trip. Coordinate with Accounting Team to ensure accurate trip reports.</div>

<div>Requirements:<br />

10+ years of progressive business growth experience in aviation industry, preferably in private aircraft charter space<br />
•<br />
Ability to multitask and work under fast paced conditions.<br />
•<br />
Genuinely enjoy working with customers and establish good relationships with various stakeholders like doctors, hospital staff, patient families, flying medic team etc.<br />

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br />

Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information<br />
•<br />
Professional and personable with the ability to work closely with clients and other team members.<br />

Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision, exercise independent judgement, discretion, and initiative.<br />

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.<br />
