Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems for efficient management of HR processes.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HR data analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with organizational development and change management processes.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Preference for candidates with background experience in a tech-based startup.
