Job Summary
The Head of HR will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the human resources strategy for the organization, specifically within the tech startup domain. Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of HR software and systems for efficient management of HR processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HR data analytics to drive decision-making.

- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
