Role Summary:
We are seeking a committed Customer Service Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional support with
empathy and precision. This role demands a customer delight mindset, attention to detail, diligent and a
solution-oriented attitude to ensure our customers feel valued and connected to the Plaeto brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
* Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently while maintaining a prominent level of customer
satisfaction.
* Ensuring timely follow-up on customer escalations to guarantee resolution.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate customer concerns when necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to relevant
departments.
* Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
* Prepare the monthly Customer Service report & deck.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in a customer service or related role is highly preferred.
* Experience in a startup and dynamic company environment is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
* Familiarity with Customer Service Automation tools is an advantage.
* Proficient in working on Excel, Word, PPT, or equivalent Google applications.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced challenging environment.
* A customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Educational Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* 2-3 Years of relevant work experience in a consumer product company.
